About
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me—I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a marketing and communications professional who’s spent my career turning complex or technical ideas into clear, credible messaging that people actually understand—and act on. I focus on the full customer journey, so it’s not just about getting attention; it’s about building trust and moving people to take the next step.
I’ve worked across healthcare, consulting, chemical products and brands, and community organizations. A common thread in my work is making the complicated feel simple, approachable, and actionable.
In healthcare, I helped open a women’s health center within a hospital setting, supporting the promotion of key diagnostic services like mammography and bone density, as well as specialized treatments including hyperbaric services—helping drive awareness and patient engagement across multiple service lines.
Earlier in my career, I served as Executive Director of a business association in Silicon Valley, where I advocated for local businesses and led downtown initiatives focused on growth, membership, and beautification. I also produced a two-day Arts & Wine Festival for more than 100,000 attendees—one of those all-hands, all-moving-parts experiences that taught me how to bring people, ideas, and logistics together and make it all work (and still enjoy the process).
I’ve always enjoyed the creative side of marketing, including designing and decorating large-scale installations for corporate office spaces and lobbies—projects that bring a different kind of storytelling to life.
After securing contract and community-based marketing work, responsibilities included email campaigns, website and blog content, a recurring monthly column, and social media initiatives. These efforts generated measurable results, including a 25% increase in click-through rates, a 15% lift in overall engagement, and a 20% increase in repeat business through targeted messaging and customer engagement strategies.
I later earned my MBA with a marketing emphasis and continue to stay current with evolving marketing strategies and tools, including the rapid advancement of AI and how it’s shaping content, analytics, and decision-making.
I’ve lived in California my whole life, mostly in San Diego, and I’m a California girl through and through. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing duplicate bridge, attending sporting events, traveling, spending time with family and friends, or unwinding with a binge-worthy series, popcorn (real butter), and stories that inspire, connect, and make a difference.
If you need clear, credible marketing and messaging—whether it’s strategy, content, or something in between—contact me to see how I can help.
